Description

Ty Anne is a late-Georgian style three-storey, three-bay house featuring a pebble-dashed front and a slate roof with shared roughcast end stacks. The entrance, located in the right-hand bay, includes late 20th-century wooden plain pilasters and a pediment that match the surround of No 8. It has a replacement panelled door and overlight. The windows consist of 12-pane hornless sashes or replacement 12-pane horned sashes. The upper storey features two gabled windows and likely originally had a blind central window, similar to No 8, which has since been rendered over. The property has not been inspected.
