Description
3 Tros yr Afon is a late-Georgian, two-storey, three-bay house featuring a pebble-dashed front and a slate roof with shared roughcast end stacks. The openings are slightly offset to the right. The central entrance consists of a fielded-panel door with a small-pane overlight, set within a shallow, open wooden porch that has latticework sides. The left-hand bay contains French doors, while the right-hand bay features a 12-pane hornless sash window. On the upper storey, there are 16-pane sashes in the outer bays, with the right-hand window being hornless, and a 12-pane sash window in the centre.
At the rear, the house has gabled bays, with the upper storey being slate-hung and a 12-pane hornless sash window located in the upper storey of the left-hand bay. The property has not been inspected.
