Description

Pen-y-llyn is a single-storey, two-room building dating from the 18th century. It is aligned roughly east-west. The walls are of roughcast rubble stone with window surrounds made of purple/brown brick. The roof is slate with purple/brown brick coping. The front elevation features tall windows, which were sheeted over at the time of survey, positioned on either side of a central slate porch with an ogee-pointed outer arch. Rendered integral end stacks are also present. A full-length catslide outshut extends to the rear of the building. The interior was not accessible at the time of survey.
