Description
Bod Owen is a single-storey building featuring rendered walls and a hipped slate roof that extends below the eaves, supported by timber brackets at the center. The roof is adorned with red ceramic ridge tiles that are crested at the ends of the short ridge and hips. It showcases a decorative pattern made from grey, green, and purple slates, giving it an almost Chinese appearance, with banded strips above and below. There are rendered stacks on the roof slope to the left and right. The front of the building has a slightly projecting central section, marked by the roof's projection below the eaves. The central entrance includes a late 20th-century door flanked by late 20th-century bay windows, which still retain the original early 20th-century slate lean-to canopies. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
