Description
Graig Fach is a building constructed of coursed, rough-dressed stone, topped with a shallow-pitched modern slate roof. It features plain eaves and plain projecting end chimneys with weather coursing.
The building has three storeys, each with one window on the elevation. There are recessed entrances with contemporary wooden doors and narrow diamond-latticed top-lights. The contemporary, slightly-recessed sash windows have projecting stone cills, with the first and ground floor windows on the right side having 16 panes, while the second floor windows have 12 panes. The left-hand house has a plain late 19th-century sash window on its ground floor.
The building has largely remained unaltered this century, featuring dog-leg stairs in both houses and slate floors in the ground floor rooms. Inside, there are plain, simply moulded wooden fireplaces with later 19th-century ranges and four-panelled Victorian doors.
