Description
Graig Fach is a building constructed of coursed, rough-dressed stone, topped with a shallow-pitched modern slate roof. It features plain eaves and projecting end chimneys with weather coursing.
The building has three storeys, each with a single window on the front elevation. There are recessed entrances with contemporary wooden doors and narrow diamond-latticed top-lights. The windows are contemporary, slightly recessed sash windows with projecting stone cills; the first-floor and ground-floor windows on the right have 16 panes, while those on the second floor have 12 panes. The left-hand house includes a plain late 19th-century sash window on the ground floor.
Graig Fach has seen little alteration this century, featuring dog-leg stairs in both houses and slate floors in the ground floor rooms. Inside, there are plain, simply moulded wooden fireplaces with later 19th-century ranges, along with four-panelled Victorian doors.
