Description
Y Plas is a two-storey building with a rendered lined and quoined exterior, topped with a hipped slate roof and a central stack. The main front faces south and features two bays, with square bay windows and hipped roofs on the ground floor. The first floor has 12-pane timber windows that have replaced the original sashes. The entrance is located on the east side, accessed through a projecting gabled porch. Surrounding the property are rubble stone walls that enclose the garden and line the wide, tree-lined driveway leading to the house.
Originally, the cross hallway separated the living rooms at the front from the service rooms at the rear. The interior has since been altered and opened up to create tutorial accommodation and a library.
