Description

Nos 1 & 2 Tan Bryn, Stryd y Bont, Bridge Street Pair of villas symmetrically planned as a single composition. 2 storeys, 4 window range arranged 1-2-1 with advanced outer gabled wings linked by a timber verandah with radial decoration fanning between bracing struts. Walls are rendered with imitation ashlar scoring to left, under a roof of thin slates, with projecting gable verges and bargeboards. Three brick, rendered stacks, one central and one either end. Each house has entrance at angle of main range and wing, a 4-panelled door (set in added porch to right hand dwelling). Windows are tall 2-light casements with small panes; and those in gables have moulded architraves.
