Description
Pont Hafren is an 18th-century road bridge that crosses the Afon Alaw, marking the boundary between the parishes of Llanddeusant and Llantrisant. The bridge is constructed of rubble masonry and features a main arch, along with a smaller arch to the west. The arches are made with roughly dressed voussoirs that are slightly inset below the extrados course, which consists of narrow slabs. The bridge has a rough parapet.
