Agricultural range at Plas Bach

The agricultural range at Plas Bach is an L-shaped structure built with rubble masonry, featuring large stones as quoins. It includes lofted stables and a barn along the northwest range, while the southwest range consists of single-storey cowhouses. A modern breeze block building has been added at the southeast corner of the southwest range.

The ground floor openings and loft doorway have cambered voussoir heads. The roof is covered with small slates, grouted, and has a tiled ridge and copings. In the northwest range, the barn doorway is located to the left, with a two-window lofted stable at the right end. The ground floor doorway opens into the yard and is flanked by wooden framed windows with paired lights under a shallow transom light, complete with glazing bars and internal shutters. The first-floor windows are similar but less deep and positioned directly under the eaves. The northeast gable features a flight of external stone steps leading up to the boarded loft door.

The southwest cowhouse range consists of three units. The unit at the left (southeast) end has a small doorway offset to the left, the central unit has a doorway flanked by ventilation slits, and the unit to the right has a doorway to the left with a half-boarded window to the right. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
