Description
20 Rating Row consists of two 1½-storey cottages built with pebble-dashed walls, slate roofs, and roughcast stacks. The cottage at No 20 is larger and painted cream, while No 18 is painted pink. Each cottage has a central entrance: No 20 features a half-glazed door with Gothic intersecting tracery, and No 18 has a fielded-panel door. On either side of the doorway, there are 12-pane horizontal-sliding sash windows. Both cottages also have central hipped half dormers that contain similar windows. This building is part of a group that includes 18-20 Rating Row.
