Description
Ty Abel is a two-storey house with two windows, featuring pebble-dashed walls painted cream and a slate roof. It has a roughcast stack on the right side and is situated next to the taller and more recent No 36 Church Street. The central entrance includes a door with round-headed fielded panels and an overlight, set within a plain doorcase that has a cornice and a slate threshold. The windows on the lower storey have hood moulds and smooth-rendered architraves, with 12-pane hornless sashes. In the upper storey, there is a similar hornless sash window on the left side, with smooth-rendered jambs, and on the right side, a 12-pane horned sash window is set in a renewed canted oriel window. The property has not been inspected.
