Description

2 Erskine Terrace is a two-storey, double-fronted house built with whitened roughcast and topped with a slate roof. It is part of a range that includes No 22 Chapel Street and features a brick stack on the left side. The front of the house has a black-painted plinth and thin architraves. The windows are hornless sashes. On the ground floor, the openings have segmental heads, which include a panel door with an overlight, flanked by a 12-pane window on the left and a 9-pane window on the right. The first floor has 9-pane windows set into the eaves. The property has not been inspected.
