Description

Plas Coch is a 2½-storey house built with roughcast painted light brown, featuring a hipped slate roof and two roughcast stacks. The left-hand corner facing the churchyard has a pilaster that is rusticated on the lower storey. The entrance elevation is single-fronted and includes a replacement panel door with an overlight, set within a fretwork smooth-rendered surround on the right side. To the left, there is a 2-storey canted bay window with 4-pane sashes and diagonal boarded panels between the storeys. This bay window has a moulded sill band on the upper storey and a thinner band below the eaves, both of which continue to the left side elevation facing the churchyard. A gabled dormer features a 4-pane sash window.

The left-hand elevation facing the churchyard has four windows. The lower storey contains 4-pane sash windows set in keyed architraves, while the upper storey features 4-pane horned sash windows in architraves with entablatures on consoles. A tall stair window, located to the left of centre, has an 8-pane sash in an architrave with an entablature on consoles and a simple pediment. Below this window is a 2-light window in a keyed architrave. Two gabled dormers also have 4-pane sash windows. The gabled rear of the house includes a 4-pane attic sash window and an added ty bach in a gabled projection. The property has not been inspected.
