Description
The Sailors' Return Public House is a building that combines two 2-storey houses, with the left-hand side being taller. The exterior features whitened pebble-dashed walls, smooth-rendered architraves painted black, slate roofs, and three roughcast chimney stacks. On the right-hand side, there are two windows, including a ribbed replacement door and 6-pane horned sash windows in the lower storey, with the window on the right being larger. The upper storey has similar 4-pane windows.
On the left-hand side, the entrance is slightly offset to the right of the center and also has a replacement ribbed door. There are paired 6-pane horned sash windows to the right, a larger single sash window to the left, and in the upper storey, there are 4-pane sashes in the center and left, along with an oriel window on the right featuring a 2-pane sash.
At the rear, there is a large 1-storey projection. The interior has been modernized.
