Description

48 Church Street is a 1½-storey cottage featuring a whitened pebble-dashed front and a steep slate roof, with a replacement brick chimney stack on the right. The entrance is located slightly to the left of center and has a replacement half-glazed door with Gothic arched panels, which is sheltered by a gabled canopy. On the left side of the cottage, there is a 12-pane horned sash window, while on the right side, there is a 12-pane horizontal-sliding sash window. Additionally, a similar horizontal-sliding sash window is situated in a gabled dormer above the entrance.
