Description

Melin Hermon is a full height, three-storey windmill tower that is circular in plan. The walls are made of rubble masonry, which used to be rendered, and they slightly taper as they rise. The tower features gritstone dressings and has a rectangular doorway with a voussoir head, along with rectangular openings at various stages above. Some structural timbers from the original construction still remain.
