Description
Plas Bach is a single-storey croglofft cottage. It features two windows with a central doorway, and the openings are offset to the right. There is a later window in the apex of the right gable return. The cottage is constructed from rubble masonry with slightly recessed openings, and the windows have stone sills. It has a modern slate roof with projecting eaves and a gable stack at the left end, also made of rubble and featuring dripstones. The windows are 4-pane sashes, and the doorway has a modern door.
Inside, the cottage has two rooms, with the larger room on the left accessed through the central doorway. According to notes from the Royal Commission, it is said to contain some original rough-hewn ceiling beams and parts of the paved floor.
