Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay tenement with pend, bakery's shop at ground. Sandstone rubble rendered and lined to S elevation. Base course, cill course, painted margins to door and windows.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: shop door off-centre left with large shop window to right. Segemental-arched pend to outer left with iron gate. Regular fenestration at 1st floor.

12-pane sash and case windows, 4-pane to dormer. grey slate roof, ashlar coped skews, stacks to gables, slate-hung dormer with rounded angles and piended roof.
