Description
267-269 High Street in Linlithgow is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay tenement, with the ground floor grouped as one and two. The northern elevation features stugged rubble that has been painted. It has base and eaves courses with raised and painted margins.
On the northern entrance elevation, there is a central door with fanlit two-leaf doors. To the right, there is an enlarged fixed-pane window, and to the far left, a window with a fanlit boarded door leading to a pend. The first floor has three irregularly spaced windows, with a blind window in the center.
The building has plate glass sash and case windows, a grey slate roof, and an ashlar coped skew to the left, along with a harled stack on the left gable.
