Description

The Ice House at Inverernan Estate, likely built around 1828, is a small structure covered with turf. It is located to the west of the U-shaped courtyard of offices, which are now known as Inverernan Cottages, and to the northwest of the walled garden. The entrance, made of rubble, is situated on the south side, leading into a vaulted interior that has a rectangular plan and is finished with lime-rendered rubble.
