Description

The Smithy and Blacksmith's Cottage in Culroy is a restored building featuring stucco with black painted stone window frames. It stands two storeys tall and has four widely spaced sash windows on the upper floor. The structure has a ridge roof and a covered yard entrance to the left, which is accompanied by a modern buttress and a low wall. The smithy, located to the extreme left, is constructed from coursed stone blocks and is a single storey. This picturesque group of buildings faces Culroy Bridge.
