Description

Sauchrie is a sprawling low house with various construction dates, primarily from the 18th century, with possible elements from the 17th century. The front is rendered in grey cement with yellow painted dressings. The house is two storeys high and features five sash windows, a low parapet with a cornice, and a hipped slate roof. At the center, there is a projecting classical porch, flanked by triple windows. The side elevation includes two splayed bays that extend to full height, and there is a taller addition at the back.
