Description

Hill House is a house that likely dates from the 18th century, with some later alterations. It features roughcast render and a graduated greenslate roof with a stone ridge. The building has two storeys, with the right part being at a lower level. The main section on the left has two sash windows with vertical glazing bars and a central six-panelled glazed door. This door is sheltered by a decorative timber lattice-work porch that has a leaded roof with a concave pitch. The right part includes a glazed door, a small-paned casement window to the left, and two early 19th-century small-paned windows with fixed lights above. Inside, there are some exposed chamfered beams.
