Harled and limewashed, black painted stone dressings; 1

storey, small hipped dormers; 5 window facade, centre doorway

being flanked by triple sash windows; hipped slate roof,

chimneys with rows of square brick stacks set diagonally -

Courtyard to rear with byres. An unusual estate farmhouse

recently restored, probably late 18th century.
