Description

Monkwood is a recently restored building that features creamwashed harling. It has two storeys above a raised basement, with a part area. The façade includes three sash windows and a central doorway with a pediment, accessed by a flight of stone steps. There are pedimented windows on either side of the doorway. The building has a hipped slate roof and a pair of chimneys located at the center. It is rectangular in plan, with a projection addition at the rear.
