Description
25-27 Fullarton Street is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay detached flatted house. It is constructed of coursed sandstone rubble and features a first-floor cill course, a cornice, and a blocking course. The window openings have architraved surrounds.
On the southwest entrance elevation, there is a central entrance to No 27, which has a timber door with a letterbox fanlight above it. There is a single window directly above on the first floor, and the flanking bays have regular fenestration. To the outer left, there is a square-headed entrance to No 25, also with a timber door.
The glazing on the ground floor is modern, while the roof is covered with grey slate, featuring stone skews and coped brick gablehead stacks with circular cans.
The interior was not seen in 1998. The property is enclosed by a coped boundary wall, which has a central iron gate for pedestrian access.
