Warehouse, 18 Commercial Street, Lerwick

This 18th-century warehouse is located at 18 Commercial Street in Lerwick. It is a single-storey building with a layout of three by two bays, situated at the northern end of the lodberry. The walls are constructed of random rubble with dressed sandstone accents. The northern elevation features three bays, with a central sea door and partially infilled windows on either side. On the eastern gable, there is a door on the left and a slit window in the gablehead. The western gable has a partially infilled window on the left and an infilled slit window on the right. The gable also has a coped wall extending to the right, which includes a central sea door, stone steps, and two vertically-boarded timber doors. The roof is covered with corrugated sheets and has concrete-covered skew copes.
