Description

James B Dunn, 1921. Built on ground falling away to S, from Rampart to Bow. Square Cenotaph-like ashlar pink sandstone monolith, tapering neck with corniced coping stone: laurel collar with wreath on N face. Name plaque inscribed on each face. Standing on large octagonal rubble pedestal, with plaques on S faces and ashlar balustrade. Steps from N to S encircle pedestal, with retaining rubble wall, ashlar coping and balustrade.
