Description
Keith House, located at 29 High Street in Coldstream, is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay symmetrical house. It features painted ashlar with long and short quoins. The entrance has a corniced, pilastered doorpiece, with the door set back and accessed by steps. There is a base course and four-pane sash windows. The roof is slate with straight skews and has brick stacks at the ends. The side elevation has two bays and is made of droved ashlar, also with four-pane sash windows and a band course above the first floor. At the rear, there is an extension constructed of rendered rubble, which includes a twelve-pane sash window on the ground floor and a piended slate roof.
