Description

38 High Street in Coldstream is an earlier 19th-century, two-storey, four-bay house with a pend (a covered passage) on the right side. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar stone, featuring ashlar margins. It has four-pane sash windows, with the two central windows closely spaced. The roof is covered with slate and has a straight skew on the right side. There is a brick stack at the end of the building.
