Description

31 High Street in Coldstream is a row of three houses built in the later 19th century. These two-storey homes feature a rendered exterior of bull-nosed rubble with smooth margins. The front doors are recessed and accessed by steps. The ground floor windows of Nos. 33 and 35 are tall, with a 1-pane upper sash and a 2-pane lower sash, while the window of No. 31 has been modified to a 2-pane sash. All first-floor windows have 2-pane sashes. The houses are topped with a slate roof and have brick chimney stacks.
