Description

35 Oakshaw Street is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay symmetrical house. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar stone. It features a corniced and pilastered doorpiece, with a double leaf panelled door. The house has 12-pane sash windows with cills and an eaves band. The roof is slate, with ashlar end stacks, while the sides are harled.
