Description
98-100 Renfrew Road is an early 19th-century, three-storey, three-bay symmetrical house. It is constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings. The entrance features a double-leaf panelled door set within a pilastered doorpiece. The house has sash windows throughout, although the glazing has been altered. It is topped with an eaves cornice and a slate roof that has straight skews and corniced end stacks. At the rear, there is a rounded stair tower.
