Description
94 Renfrew Road is an early 19th-century, two-storey house with an attic, featuring a symmetrical three-bay design and single-storey screen walls. The exterior is finished in painted ashlar and includes pilaster angle strips. The entrance is highlighted by a pilastered doorpiece and a cornice above, which is decorated with a Greek key motif in the frieze. All windows are two-pane sashes. The house has an eaves cornice and a blocking course, topped with a slate roof that has straight skews, corniced stacks, and two canted dormers. The screen walls have a blind sash on the right and a modern garage entrance on the left.
