Description
90 Renfrew Road is an early 19th-century, two-storey house with an attic, featuring a symmetrical three-bay design and single-storey screen walls. The exterior is finished in painted ashlar and includes angle pilaster strips. It has a consoled door-piece and two-bay sash windows on both floors. The building is topped with an eaves cornice and blocking course, and the slate roof has straight skews and corniced end stacks. There are two canted and piended dormers. The side screens also feature angle strips, an eaves cornice, and a blocking course, with a blind sash window on the right. A modern garage door has been inserted on the left, with a recessed panel above it, and there is a modern forestair at the rear.
