Description
96 Renfrew Road is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay symmetrical house. The building features painted rubble with ashlar margins, including angle margins. There is an incised pattern in the lintel over the door, which has a simple cornice above it. All the windows are two-pane sashes, and there is an eaves band. The roof is slate and has end stacks. At the rear, there is a later forestair.
