Description
92 Renfrew Road is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house featuring a single-storey screen hall on the right and a two-storey single bay wing also on the right. The building is constructed of painted ashlar with contrasting dressings. It has panelled pilaster strips at the corners of the house, screen, and wing. The entrance is highlighted by a pilastered, corniced doorpiece. The ground floor windows are bipartite, while all other windows are two-pane. There is a blind sash window on the screen wall. The house has an eaves cornice and a blocking course, with a slate roof that features straight skews and corniced stacks. The side screen and wing also have eaves cornices and blocking courses, with the wing having a piended slate roof. At the rear, there is a projecting staircase bay with a long stair window.
