Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey 3-bay plain classical house with lower recessed 2-storey single bay to right. Painted ashlar with painted ashlar dressings; coursed rubble to sides. Base course; modillioned eaves cornice (no modillions to lower bay) and blocking course; projecting cills. Timber panelled door with plate glass fanlight in moulded surround. Round-headed stair window to W elevation.

2-pane glazing to timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Only one corniced ashlar stack with circular cans visible.

BOUNDARY WALL AND RAILINGS: later cast-iron railings mounted on ashlar-coped low rubble wall to front. Earlier high rubble wall to garden.
