106, 108, 110 Lauriston Place is an earlier 19th century, four-storey classical tenement building that includes a basement level. It features seven bays facing Lauriston Place and three bays on Lauriston Street, with an engaged polygonal corner tower that marks the acute angle of the structure, housing a shop on the ground floor. The building is constructed of droved ashlar with polished dressings. There is a dividing band between the ground and first floors, cill courses at the first, second, and third floors, and an eaves cornice. The facade is regularly fenestrated, with stone steps and platts leading to the basement areas. The timber panelled doors at Nos 108 and 110 have plate glass fanlights above them. The ground floor of the tower features round-arched openings, while the windows above have moulded surrounds and are corniced on the first and second floors.

The windows predominantly have 12-pane glazing in timber sash and case style, although the shop has modern glazing. The building has corniced stacks that have been rebuilt, with circular cans.

Additionally, there are spear-headed cast-iron railings at Nos 108 and 110.
