Coldlands Farmhouse

Coldlands Farmhouse is a house built in the earlier to mid 19th century, with later additions and alterations. It is a symmetrical, two-storey, three-bay structure with a rear addition that forms a near T-plan. The exterior is made of harl-pointed rubble with cream sandstone dressings, featuring stugged quoins and long and short surrounds to the openings, along with projecting cills.

On the southeast (entrance) elevation, there is a deep-set timber panelled door at the center of the ground floor, topped with a plate glass fanlight and a bracketed canopy, with a red brick relieving arch above. Flanking the entrance are single windows at the ground floor, and there are single windows in all bays on the first floor.

The southwest (side) elevation shows the main block with a single window at the ground floor, offset to the right of center. There is a lean-to addition that is recessed to the outer left.

On the northeast (side) elevation, the main block has a single window at the first floor, offset to the right of center, and there is a single window in the lean-to addition to the outer right.

The windows are timber sash and case with 12-pane glazing. The roof is covered with grey slate and has a piended design. There are sandstone wallhead stacks, which are corniced on the southwest side, a harled stack at the rear, and various cans.

The interior was not seen in 1999.
