Description

Later 18th century. 2-storey over basement 5-bay symmetrical

house. Ashlar front and rear, rubble sides. 3 centre

front bays slightly advanced. Band course over basement.

Pedimented doorpiece approached by steps, with Corinthian

half-columns. Architraved windows with bracketted cills

corniced to ground floor. Dentilled eaves cornice and

parapets pediment over centre 3 bays. Pedestals for urns

remain. Altered 3-bay rear elevation. Angle pilasters.

Band course over basement. Corniced centre door flanked

by corniced tripartites. Simplified eaves cornice, pediment,

and parapets. Straight skews and cornice end stacks.

Spearhead railings to steps and front.
