Early 19th century. 3-storey, 5-bay symmetrical tenement.

Ashlar, pilastered and corniced doorpiece. Cill course to

1st floor; moulded cills to 2nd. 2-pane sashes throughout.

Eaves cornice. Slate roof with corniced end stack. Rubble

at rear with rounded stair tower.
