Description
Fairhills is an early 19th century single-storey and attic farmhouse featuring a three-bay design with an L-plan steading to the north. The exterior is harled with painted margins. The central entrance has a later basket-arched door with moulded reveals and a fanlight, flanked by four-pane sash windows. The building includes an eaves course and cornice, along with three piended dormers. It has straight skews, end stacks, and a slate roof. The steading displays a variety of door and window openings, and it includes a re-set lintel dated 1725.
