Description

Earlier 19th century single storey and attic 3-bay farmhouse with some mid 19th century alterations, forming west range of earlier 19th century steading. House is painted, roughly coursed whinstone, ashlar dressings and long and short quoins. Central door with fanlight; pilastered doorpiece. 4-pane sashes. Eaves course cornice, 2 piended dormers and

end stacks. Linking doors to wings at angles. South wing is painted rubble and margins with 2 doors, one originally a cart bay; north wing is roughly coursed whinstone with ashlar margins; single door. Slate roofs throughout, piended over wings. Set behind square gatepiers with cast-iron railings.
