Old Mill, Baledmund Road, Moulin

The Old Mill, located on Baledmund Road in Moulin, is an 18th-century small L-plan saw mill that is currently disused and in poor condition. It features an overshot water wheel and is constructed from snecked rubble, incorporating a mix of large and roughly squared quoin stones, with timber lintels.

On the west elevation, there is a projecting gable to the left that houses the water wheel at ground level, along with a timbered gablehead that has a variety of openings. To the right, there is a return section with a small window positioned high in the center, leading to a long, low recessed range.

The east elevation includes a gabled bay to the right, featuring a small opening close to the ground on the left side, a door that was previously accessed by steps located off-center to the right, and a small opening above in the gablehead. To the left, there is a slightly recessed long low timbered range.

The south elevation displays a timbered gable with a timber door.
