Description

Circa 1840. Late classic villa 2-storey 3-window, ashlar.

Centre bay slightly advanced, channelled ground floor central

Ionic columned porch with balustraded parapet flanked by bay

windows, 3 architraved windows (2 tripartites) at 1st, main

cornice blocking course. Centre bay has balustraded parapet

with supporting scrolls, sphinxes over outer windows. 2

modern dormers, slated roof. 2-window gables with small attic

venetian windows, recent rear extension. Rubble garden walls.
