Manse Of St Mark's, Dundee Road, Perth

The Manse of St Mark's, located on Dundee Road in Perth, was originally built in the early 19th century and has been modified to its current form in the mid-19th century. This L-plan building is two storeys high with dormer heads and a basement on the east side, while it rises to three storeys on the west side towards the river. The west front is symmetrical, featuring a central gabled projection with a broad-eaved single-storey and basement bay, flanked by one window on either side. The first floor has a pediment with consoles. The east front includes a doorpiece that is also pedimented and supported by consoles.

The roof is slated, and there is a single-storey and basement addition to the north that is rendered and has modern windows. The property is enclosed by rubble-built garden walls.
