Description

The Manse, built around 1819, is a three-storey building located on Brington Road in Long Buckby. It features an ironstone ashlar plinth and string courses at each floor level, with boxed eaves and a slate roof that has end stacks. The façade has three windows, with sash windows on the ground floor in the outer bays designed as tripartite. The central entrance has a six-panel door set within a doorcase that includes reeded pilasters and is topped by a flat hood. To the left, a red brick wall extends to enclose the front garden, featuring three stone-coped piers and wrought-iron railings adorned with spear finials.
