Description
Kinnoull Parish Church, located on Dundee Road in Perth, was designed by William Burn and completed in 1826. This Neo-perpendicular church features a Greek cross plan with square outshots at the angles. The exterior is constructed of ashlar stone and includes a spired octagonal belfry and a porch at the north gable, along with pinnacled buttresses. The interior was remodelled around 1930.
The church contains stained glass, including a west window designed by Sir John E Millais, which illustrates "Parables of Our Lord." There is also a memorial window dedicated to Mrs. Margaret Anderson, created in 1946 by Douglas Strachan, and a memorial window for Rev. Henderson, also by Douglas Strachan, dating from around 1942.
